About Anna

I believe the therapeutic relationship is key. I place importance on creating a safe, supportive and non-judgemental environment where clients can explore their life experiences. I see therapy as a collaborative space where reflection can help clients to better understand themselves and where desired create change.

I have completed the Masters in Psychotherapy and the Higher Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy at Dublin Business School. I am currently working towards full professional accreditation with the Irish Association of Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy (IAHIP).
